Appearance: As seen in the image but he has a full length leather jacket with just a black t-shirt underneath it. He also wears jeans, black socks and converse trainers. He always wears his white cloth gloves which has a layer of pyrocloth (which acts like flint) at the tips of each finger tip to create a spark. All of his clothing are fire resistant. His hair is brown and shoulder length and always straight. His eyes are brown but are very twichy when central or the state army is mentioned.

Battle/Skill Information

Weapons: 3 small pistols, 2 hunter knifes and 10 boxes full of matches. He also has a pair of silk gloves which have Transmutation circles on them.

Skills: Fire, Earth and Basic Alchemy. Renjiro has developed his own transmutation circle which has allowed him to specialise in Fire alchemy. Renjiros Fire Alchemy works at a molecular level making molecular groups of oxygen and his sparks of fire ignite. The rain only affects his alchemy when it is raining very hard and it makes the air at a molecular level extremely moist. Renjiro also knows medium difficuilty earth alchemy and the basics of alchemy like repairing clocks or vases and transmuting complex shapes in the ground or wood eg a horse. Renjiro being a state alchemist was trained to use knifes and pistols so he carries 3 small pistols and 2 hunter knifes with him at all times. Renjiros fire alchemies back up is him matches. He will only use them if the air isnt able to use his fire alchemy or if its raining extremely hard.

Items: Two pure white cloth gloves which has Renjiros own specific Transmutation Circle and are fire resistant and rip resistant (Are Resisitant agaist ripping which makes them less likely to rip but can still be). The cloth gloves also has a layer of pyrocloth (which actss like flint) at the tips of each finger tip to create a spark
Renjiro also wears his full length leather jacket which is also Fire resistant and he still has his state alchemist pocket watch.

History:

Birth to preparation for becoming an alchemist

Renjiros birth was as normal with no complications or problems. His mother and father loved his dearly however they were both state alchemists so Renjiro was cared by his mother for a year due to maternity leave but he hardly saw his farther after 2 weeks after his birth. When Renjiro turned one, his mother had to return to being a state alchemist and Renjiro was all alone with the nanny provided by the state. Renjiro grew up know who his mum and dad were but rarely saw them. This continued right up until his 9th birthday when Renjiro walked into his father’s basement study room and stumbled down the 3 stair and landed on a huge transmutation circle engraved onto the floor and it started to glow a very dull red for about 5 seconds and then went back to normal. His dad saw this and took Renjiro under his wing as the state had given his farther a leave of absence due to long and dedicated service (Renjiro's fathers age at this time was 48 ).

Becoming an alchemist to choosing a specialty

After his father took an interest in him (after the whole Transmutation circle thing) things for Renjiro started to pick up. His father was at home him mother still away due to not being of age to retire. Renjiro prospered under his father’s tutorage; Learning about the transmutation circles and what specific ones do what and how to activate each different circle. This was taught over years via his dad talking to him or Renjiro reading his dads alchemy book. This was progressive taking time as the level of alchemy was extremely high and energy consuming for a 9 year old.

This training and knowledge seeking took 2 years until he had mastered all his farther could teach him about general alchemy. He know the laws of alchemy, each and every alchemy symbol the state used and know about and how it worked alchemy wise and he finally knew how to activate 5 different alchemy circle (These was Fire, Earth, Water and Repair). Renjiros father had nothing more he could teach him on a general level. His father was the Needle Alchemist as his main alchemy was transmuting metals into needles and sending them precisely and deadly within 150 meters. Renjiro now had a choice to make and it was a very important one which will shape and mould his future. This choice is what transmutations he should specialise in. Renjiro buried himself in a lot of book on different types of alchemy for 19 days and his attention drew to fire and that was what he turned his attention to. Renjiro at this time is 11 years old

Fire Research and Renjiros Fire Alchemy teacher

After spending a month in researching about fire alchemy (using books his dad and mum took out the state library). Renjiros' research drew to a dead end as he just couldn’t progress any further. His father and mother helped Renjiro out by pulling a few leads and favours to get Renjiro the right teacher so he could progress and become a state alchemist as soon as possible. The next day Renjiros farther and mother took Renjiro to see this teacher. It was an old man with burn marks all over his hands, arms and face. Renjiro was a little apprehensive at first but his parents assured Renjiro that the old man was fine and would harm him at all. The man then introduced himself as Ronnie Hyuin the Hell Flame Alchemist. Renjiro was to remain with Ronnie until his training stopped. The training was hard and exhausting. It included molecular studies to understand how to create a spark from air and how to produce flames from that spark. The training then went into producing Renjiros very own transmutation circle which was unique to him and how his energy worked when using a transmutation circle. After that it was perfecting what he had learned and then making it a reality. Training and knowledge took 8 months, the circle took 10 months and the producing flames took the remaining time. His training ended 4 years, his parents visiting when they could and when it didn’t interfere with Renjiros training. Renjiros age is now 15.

Personal training

Renjiro left Ronnie at the age of 15 and a half after learning all he could from him. He went back home to discover his father had died due to an extreme form of lung cancer caused by sulphur intake over his life as a state alchemist. Renjiro was in trauma at the fact his father had died but this gave him a forceful push further into his alchemy. He worked constantly for 4 years on end only taking little breaks for food, toilet and necessary sleep. He worked so hard he had mastered his transmutation circle and got it to work perfectly without any flaw. This circle was engraved in the middle of his father’s transmutation circle in the basement as it one, had a space in the middle for it to fit and 2, as a mark of respect towards his farther life work with the circle.

The State Alchemy Exam

Two months and three days after his 19 birthday Renjiro decided to enter the state alchemy exam. Two days after that his application to try out for the exam was accepted. Renjiro turned up to the exam 2 hours early to prepare his transmutations circles and to grab a huge space that he needed to do his exam masterpiece. He arrived and saw nobody was about at all, the area was deserted except a few young state alchemists getting a couple of drinks and seeing who turns up early. Renjiro immediately started marking out his area using a stick to form a 100 meters by 100 meter box. He then turned to drawing his many transmutation circles he needed for his display. There was a 50 by 50 meter transmutation and the rest was 50 of his own personal transmutation circle with a single line drawn from each one down to one side where they all the lines collected in one place all separated equally as to not allow cross connections. He was finished and then he looked up and to his surprise saw 43 other alchemists in this exam all finished with multiple transmutation circles he recognised. He thought that would lose badly die to there being so many people. The exam started off by the examiner turning up viewing peoples work one by one, then grading them and then walking off. Examples of work was: - a tall building of earth with complex designs, a working cannon made from earth and a tree display where the male used a huge transmutation circle drawn in the forest to form a huge tree from the ones around and in the circle. It was Renjiros turn next as the examiner looked at him and said 'begin!'. Renjiro started to sweat a lot due to nerves but soon got to business after he swallowed his nerves. He put on his gloves which had his own transmutation circle on the part of the glove that goes over his palms and another one of his symbols on the back of his hands. He laughed and looked at the line that lead to the centre of his grid and clapped. The transmutation circles on his gloves glowed and then he put his right hand onto the line that went to the huge unique transmutation circle in the centre of the grid. The ground rumbled a lot and a Cannon rose from the ground pointing into the sky. "Seen this moving on" said the examiner. "Please wait I’m not done" ::he says pointing at the remaining 50 circles on the ground. The examiner laughed and said "continue". Renjiro clapped his hands again thrusting his hands down to another line aimed at his cannon. the cannon fired shooting a cannon ball up into the air. Renjiro the clapped his hands and then put his hands onto the ground but this time he ran down the line setting off all the remaining lines by sliding his hand on the trigger lines. This made the cannon ball explode into hundreds of pieces and then as Renjiro throw loads of small rocks into the air they all went off like fireworks in the sky as the flames and smoke turned different colours. Renjiro had finished and was breathing hard due to using almost all his energy.

4 hours later the results were in 2 people made it through. The suspense was intense and amazingly Renjiro got through due to the combinational transmutations he did with his explosions and earth manipulation.

Years of service

A week his exam Renjiro was called into the Furers office to be given his State Alchemist Pocket Watch and uniform. He was commissioned as the Phoenix Flame Alchemist Renjiro took both but then throws his uniform into the bin after he got home. He did that because he hated the uniform and easily identified him as a state alchemist which he didn’t like due to the attention it would give to him.

Renjiro continued his own personal training and enhancement of Fire alchemy. 2 years passed and Renjiro was 21, he had been in quite a few missions and confrontations around the world. This name, The Phoenix Alchemist, was well known around the world and within the state military. His research turned up many unforeseen advances into fire alchemy. An example of this is just clicking your plain fingers without the need of ignition cloth to create a spark to form fire. He still needed his own transmutation circle to do it but this was a great advancement of his as it meant all he needed was a transmutations circle somewhere on his hands for him to be able to perform alchemy.

Juurken - The horror that tipped him over the edge

Four further years passed, more tasks ... more war and more research. It was the 22nd of December and Renjiro was 25. He was ordered to lead his battalion of state alchemists into a side sweep manoeuvre to control and stop terrorist movements in the town of Juurken. Renjiro and his team of 4 state alchemists arrived in the target area nobody was around. The area was dead silent, the mission report said the team was likely to be over-run with people but there was nobody about at all. The silence made Renjiro weary and on edge; they continued through the village from the east to the west. Renjiro turned a corner and the road was covered with the corpses of the Juurken people. Renjiro turned to his left and vomited at the sight and smell of the corpses. After he throw up he stood there frozen in motion unable to move unable to speak. His team trying to get his to move 'Captain ......... Ge ..... r ......got to move ......' was all Renjiro could understand from the noises. Inside Renjiros mind was unwrapping with the horror he just saw, inside his mind the words 'How could they do this, how can they get away with this. But they will.' kept running through his head. He shook his head and walked off only saying 'Do what you want, Lee you’re in command for the rest of today'. Renjiro returned to central 3 days after the mission ended using the trains.

Renjiro - The Phoenix Flame Alchemist - His state alchemists’ days are over

When he returned to central he packed all his belongings and took out his entire book he published to the state library. He packed signed the deeds of his house over to his friend Killen for the sum of 30000 Ryu. He set off in his coach and went off into the distance. There is no recorded data on Renjiro after the Juurken Massacre and his current location has always been and is current still unknown

His Kousenshu Alchemist days

Renjiro life was full of excitement, relaxation and calm; after he left the state his life got a lot easier. He still keeps his state alchemist pocket watch as it can get him along way with people and grants him power within some villages even though he still isn’t a state alchemist. His days are filled with constant research into near impossible Fire alchemy some of which he can do now. When he was 30 his lost his mind in alchemy. Many people that are as close as Renjiro will let people be with him say he’s crazy and has lost his mind. They are correct but Renjiro is now a kind and loving guy which he wasn’t before. He is now 32 and his story continues now

RP Sample:

::Renjiro clicks his fingers and a huge explosion erupts 20 meters in front of him. Spark flow from fingers and the air around it was forced at the molecualr level to combust and therefore it did:: "Thats the last time they will mess with me" ::he walks off laughing to himself:: "That will teach them wont it Renjiro ... Yes it will... Gooooood!" ::clicks his left hand and the wall next to him (5 meters) expodes. When the flames lower he walks through it and sees a silver coins:: "Ooooooooooo SHINEY! ... Dont pick it up! .... Why? .... DONT OR ILL!! ... DO WHAT! WE'RE THE SAME PERSON!! ... OH YER!" ::laughs to himself outloud and walks away at a small pace::
